From rich laminate flooring to newly upgraded appliances to custom window treatments, this unit is equipped with all up-to-date features to ensure a well-ordered, hassle-free environment. You will find a generous amount of storage all through the condo including an abundance of kitchen drawers/cupboards, a roomy walk-in closet in the master, and a full laundry room. The beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a king bed, are situated on separate floors for the ultimate privacy. Master includes an extra large bathroom and a romantic balcony. The bedrooms and stairs have plush carpeting.

This quiet unit is surrounded by a well-tended tropical landscape and plenty of open space to walk and enjoy the island scenery. It is located just a block from the renowned Waikoloa Kings' Golf Course and exceptional Mai Grille--the perfect place for breakfast, lunch, dinner or happy hour within a short, easy stroll. Guests are also just a short drive to the Hilton Waikoloa Village for access to restaurants, shops, spa facilities, and activites. In addition, there are two outdoor shopping malls within a 5-minute drive as well as a white sandy beach. Many additional beaches may be reached within a 10- to 15-minute drive.

Colony Villas is well-placed away from the central, heavier traffic areas of the resort but still close enough to all the major attractions which are all accessible within minutes--fine shopping and dining, beach activities, golfing, walking excursions, and nighttime entertainment. If you are looking for some peace and quiet, this is the place to be!

The large Colony Villas complex has two wonderful free form-style pools and two community barbeque areas, two fitness rooms, and tennis courts.

This unit features plenty of beach items for your convenience. There is a designated parking stall right near the condo door.

    Lovely quiet property in Waikoloa Resort area. Close to all shops and beaches. We always stay in the north part of Big Island and we’re very pleased with this absolutely spotlessly clean home. Even the beds were comfortable. We used the fans in every room and didn’t need AC. It was well stocked with everything you could want or need for cooking. As well a well stocked garage full of snorkelling gear and chairs for the beach. Peggy was wonderful to deal with even though we didn’t have any problems. The little things were impressive like MacNut chocolates in the fridge as a welcome and enough toiletries like shampoo and soaps to carry us over until we could get to a shop. Coffee was left behind as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend heartily to our friends and family. We have been regular visitors to Big Island for 30 years now. Our favorite island of all. Not crowded and noisy like the other islands. Thankyou for the really nice digs.

    This property had everything to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Location was very convient and more than made up for the lack of view. Amenities were well maintained. We appreciated some of the smaller items, like adequate hangers and hooks. Peggy was extremely helpful from first contact to checkout. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

    Very clean and quiet two-bedroom townhouse at reasonable price in a good location, perfect for family or two couples. Rental management is very helpful and responsive, real pleasure to deal with.
